Meet Stephanie

Stephanie De Los Santos spent over a decade in customer service before becoming a real estate professional. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University, but her focus has always been on the human side of every transaction. Each homebuyer who comes to Stephanie for help receives luxury-level service, regardless of their price point or prior experience in real estate. Her work is client-centered and concentrated on integrity and professionalism.

 

Originally from Chicagoland, Stephanie moved to San Antonio in 2008 and got her start in residential sales by helping her husband flip houses. Beginning as an investments manager, cold caller, and occasional door-to-door representative, she learned real estate from the ground up and gradually came to love it as her true professional calling. Building on the fantastic relationships she formed early on, Stephanie has worked as a people-first licensed Realtor® since 2018. By taking the time to create connections with her clients, Stephanie gains a deeper understanding of their needs and helps to dial in on their ideal home, always sure to set and meet their expectations along the way. Once she finds it, she harnesses her expertise in contract negotiations to earn her clients their dream home.

 

From young couples and military personnel to empty nesters and corporate relocators, Stephanie loves building relationships and helping people find their best home match in the San Antonio market. In her downtime, Stephanie spends time in the great outdoors, staying active with her husband and business partner, Joshua, and exploring San Antonio, her forever home.
