Starting in 2016, Joshua De Los Santos learned the residential real estate business one step at a time, gradually developing from a part-time house flipper working for himself into a professional Realtor® with a modern, full-service practice in San Antonio. Using the latest market insights and technology, Joshua expertly connects homebuyers with the properties they’re looking for in the city and its surrounding areas. Today, he specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, relocators, and empty nesters find their dream homes.

With a firm grounding in business administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and Arizona State University, Joshua followed a newfound interest in real estate and earned his real estate license in 2017. By 2019, he had shifted his focus from flipping houses to fill an industry need for knowledgeable, customer service-oriented, tech-forward real estate professionals. Since then, he has helped hundreds of people, always employing state-of-the-art resources and stellar negotiation skills to get his clients great deals on their new homes.

For Joshua, real estate is more than a profession; it’s a passion. He’s honored to help people achieve the dream of homeownership. His experience as an investor gave him a practical, hands-on education in the real world of residential real estate. Putting his insights to work, Joshua now builds a complete homebuying experience for his clients, from the initial search to closing services. It is his goal to make each client feel like they’re his only client; they can count on his full attention to their search until the transaction is closed.

Joshua is a born-and-bred Texan from Corpus Christi who has lived in San Antonio for most of his adult life. While he doesn’t take life too seriously, he believes personal development and familial support are key to long-term happiness. In endeavoring toward that, he brings joy to all he does. Together with his wife and business partner, Stephanie, Joshua enjoys outdoor adventures, especially hiking, wakeboarding and snowboarding, and traveling.
